PostHeaderIcon Community Based Early Warning

Community based flood early warning system has been set up in the following districts for effectively disseminating flood warning information to the communities, various agencies responsible for disaster management and district level authorities. The system has been set up in Nawalparasi, Chitawan and Banke in collaboration with District Disaster Relief Committee with technical and financial support from Practical Action. Similar system has been set up in Kailali with the support from Mercy Corps and in Sunsari with the support from Action Aid.
